The Heckerling Institute is the nation’s leading
conference for estate planning professionals.
Bob presented a paper on prenuptial and
postnuptial agreements and participated in a
panel on the topic, “For Better or Worse: What’s
Right About a Pre-Nuptial Agreement”.

panelist at the International Bar Association’s
International Wealth Transfer Practices
conference in London, England, on March 1, 2010.
The International Bar Association is the
world’s leading organization of international
legal practitioners, bar associations, and
law societies. Bob represented the United
States on a panel entitled, “The
International Pre-Nuptial Agreement –
Myth or Reality?”.
